Maple-Cured Ham

Succulent smoked ham, from our heritage breed Tamworth pigs raised on a healthy diet of non-GMO grain and pasture plants.  Pigs were slaughtered on farm in a USDA inspected mobile unit, and cured in a maple brine at Vermont Smoke and Cure in Hinesburg, VT. 

Ingredients: Pork, water, sea salt, vinegar, Vermont maple syrup, turbinado sugar, dehydrated celery juice, spice extratives, lactic acid starter culture (not from milk). 

Medium hams are approximately 3.5 pounds. 

Large hams are approximately 4 pounds.
