Our lamb is tender, delicious and healthy. Our flock is rotated to fresh paddocks each day, where they enjoy a variety of pasture plants alongside their dams from May through September. We raise Icelandic, Border Leicester, Blueface Leicester, Tunis, Polypay and French Merino ewes and use a Romney ram for breeding. The lamb's 100% grass-based diet is supplemented with minerals and kelp from the Maine seacoast. Lambs are harvested in September and October in a mobile, USDA inspected trailer that comes to our farm.
