Join us on Thursday, August 22nd for a special charcuterie tasting dinner in partnership with Jasper Hill Farm, Backdoor Bread, Babette's Table, House of Fermentology, and Foam Brewers.
In addition to gracing the table with their goods, each contributing partner will share some of the philosophy and practice behind their work.
Celebrate the passion and process behind high quality, local food and beverage with two courses of cheeses, handmade salami, artisanal bread, handmade pickles, fresh vegetables and craft beers.
Space is limited to 24 and tickets are priced at $50/person.
